- Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.4201) The Outlook 2000 E-mail Security Update was released on June 7, 2000. This security update provides protection from many viruses, such as the ILOVEYOU virus and the Melissa virus, as well as other viruses that spread through e-mail, or worm viruses that can replicate through Microsoft Outlook.
