PPT2000: Microsoft Outlook E-mail Security Update Warnings with Online Meeting

After you install the Microsoft Outlook E-mail Security Update, you are prompted with various messages when you schedule an online meeting by using the Online Collaboration feature of Microsoft PowerPoint 2000.

These warning messages occur when you send the schedule request. The first message is the following: If you click Yes, you are prompted a second time. After you click Yes again, the warning goes away. However, you can click to select the Allow access for check box, and specify an amount of time, up to 10 minutes, that PowerPoint can access the address book.

Next, you receive a dialog box that delays sending the e-mail message for five seconds. After that time has elapsed, you can send the request by clicking Yes. The following is the text of the message:
