After you install the Microsoft Outlook E-mail Security Update, you are prompted with various messages when you schedule an online meeting by using the Online Collaboration feature of Microsoft PowerPoint 2000.

These warning messages occur when you send the schedule request. The first message is the following:
An external application is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? Next, you receive a dialog box that delays sending the e-mail message for five seconds. After that time has elapsed, you can send the request by clicking Yes. The following is the text of the message:
A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No". REFERENCES
