After you install the Microsoft Outlook E-mail Security Update, you are prompted with various messages when you schedule a presentation broadcast by using the Online Broadcast feature of Microsoft PowerPoint 2000.

These warning messages occur when you send the schedule request. The first message is the following:
An external application is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? Next, you receive a dialog box that delays sending the e-mail message for five seconds. After that time has elapsed, you can send the request by clicking Yes. The following is the text of the message:
A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus, and you should choose "No".
No Broadcasts were found in your calendar. Would you like to schedule a new one?
