When you stream MIME-typed data into a Microsoft Office 2000 application from an Active Server Page (ASP) page, Session variables are empty.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. The problem has been corrected in SR-1 for Office 2000. You can download the service release from the Office update page on the following Microsoft Web site at: http://office.microsoft.com
