SYMPTOMSThe footer that is configured for outgoing (also known as "outbound") email messages that are sent through Microsoft Forefront Online Protection for Exchange (FOPE) does not work. CAUSEThis issue occurs if the following conditions are true:
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, enable both the HTML and text format in the footer settings. To do this, follow these steps:
MORE INFORMATIONCurrently the footer is determined by the format of the message that is received from the sender.
Note You do not have to code the HTML footer by using HTML formatting. The HTML footer accepts plain text and by default, it can assume the <HTML> and </HTML> code tags. The following is an example of a footer: Collapse this table
