Visio2000: Wall Will Not Glue or Is Not Cleaned Up

SYMPTOMS

In Visio 2000 Technical Edition, when you use the Pencil tool to create a shape, and then convert the shape to walls (on the Architecture menu, click Convert To Walls), the following problems may occur:
  • The resulting wall will not glue to other walls.
  • Any intersections between the resulting wall and the other walls will not get cleaned up automatically.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Visio 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1).
