SYMPTOMS

When you try to create a new floor plan, you receive three warning messages about macros for the following stencils:

Building core.vss
Electrical and telecom.vss
Walls shells and structure.vss

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Visio 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1).

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Visio 2000 SR-1.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior

On the Tools menu, click Options, click the Advanced tab, and then click to select the Macro Virus Protection check box.
On the File menu, point to New, point to Building Architecture, and then click Floor Plans to create a new floor plan. Note that you receive warning messages about macros in the document.
