SYMPTOMS When you insert an Enhanced Metafile (EMF) image, such as a
Barcode Control, into your document, the characters in the EMF or barcode are
displayed upside down. This issue occurs only on computers running Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or Microsoft Windows 2000. Enhanced Metafile images display correctly on computers running Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98. CAUSE This problem is caused by the drawing feature that is
shared by Microsoft Office 2000 programs. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the
