CTRL+SPACEBAR Accessibility Shortcut Does Not Work in HTML List Boxes

SYMPTOMS

You cannot select multiple items in an HTML multiple-selection list box by pressing CTRL+SPACEBAR.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, use Listbox Add mode. To use Listbox Add mode:
1.Press the TAB key to move to the list box.
2.Press SHIFT+F8 to enable Listbox Add mode.
3.Use the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW keys to move within the list box, and use SPACEBAR to select and clear items.
4.After you make your selections, press SHIFT+F8 to disable Listbox Add mode.
5.Press TAB to move from the list box.
