Would you like to remove the e-mail recipient? CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you use a disk-based FrontPage Web on your local computer to test your form before you publish the Web to a Web server. This behavior occurs because server extensions e-mail forms do not work on a disk-based Web. Some FrontPage components, referred to as browse-time components, interact with a Web server and do not function when you create a disk-based Web. Browse-time components function only when you use the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) to browse to a Web server on which you have installed Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions. RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, open the disk-based Web in FrontPage, and then publish to a Web server with FrontPage Server Extensions installed.
