You try to set up the IP address for your website in Office 365 Small Business or Office 365 for small businesses (pre-upgrade). But when you click Check now on the "Make sure people can still get to your website" page, you receive the following error message:
This doesn't look like the right IP address for
Contact the company that hosts your website and ask them to confirm this is the right IP address.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Confirm that the IP address is correct. To do this, contact your website hosting provider.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • If the IP address is incorrect, enter the correct IP address, and then click Next.
    • If the IP address is correct, click Next. When you are prompted with a warning message that states, "Are you sure you want to continue with this IP address," click Yes.

This issue occurs if the IP address for your website does not match the website domain.

Note After you click Check now, an Nslookup operation is performed on the pointer (PTR) resource record to check whether the IP address matches the website domain that you entered.
