Article ID: 265151 - Last Review: September 23, 2005 - Revision: 3.2 OL2000: Certificate Information from the Recipient Is Not Added to the Contact
This article was previously published under Q265151 SYMPTOMS
After you right-click a resolved recipient e-mail address, certificate information from the recipient is not added to the contact if you click Add to Contacts or Personal Address Book.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because neither Personal Address Book nor Add to Contacts adds certificates if they are not in the preferred certificate property. The certificate is not accessible from a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) server in some configurations.
