FIX: Extra IComInstanceEvents::OnObjectCreate Notifications Are Sent

SYMPTOMS

When you use the IComInstanceEvents interface, a subscriber might receive multiple notifications of an object's creation. This fix ensures that only one notification is sent to the subscriber for each object creation.

RESOLUTION

STATUS
