FIX: Process ID of COM+ System Application Not Returned by the IMtsGrp Interface

When you use the IMtsGrp interface to enumerate running COM+ applications, the Process ID of the COM+ System Application is not found in the returned collection. This fix ensures that the process ID of the COM+ System Application is available in the collection.
