FIX: COM+ Transient Subscription Not Found in TransientSubscription Collection

After you successfully add a Transient Subscription to the TransientSubscription collection, the subscription may not be found when you access the TransientSubscription collection at a later time. Therefore, it may be impossible to unsubscribe to an event that was subscribed to earlier.
