RESOLUTION

Certain add-ins in Word might cause the problem. To resolve this problem, try the following method.

Word 2010

  1. Start Word 2010, click File, and then click Options.

  2. Click Add-Ins, and then click Go.

  3. Clear the Send to Bluetooth check box, and then click OK.

  4. If the problem still occurs, try disabling other add-ins to troubleshoot the problem.

Word 2007

  1. Click the Office button, and then click Word Options
