The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help to prevent any unauthorized changes to the file. Unzip this file into an empty folder, making sure to preserve the folder structure. The root file is Addrbook.htm. Because these pages were originally part of a larger set of documents, some of the links and pictures may not function correctly.
