Symptoms

You run the Logical Link Control and Adaptation Layer Protocol (L2CAP) test in the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) Profile Tuning Suite (PTS) on a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device. When you run the test, the device may not pass the following test case:

TC_COS_CED_BV_10_C

Cause

The issue occurs because Windows Embedded Compact 7 cannot handle Config_Req commands that have all the Flow Control & Retransmission (FCR) parameters set to zero when L2CAP is negotiated in a non-basic transmission mode (Flow Control mode, Retransmission mode).
