Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You have a Transaction Integrator (TI) .NET assembly that was originally created by using an earlier version of Microsoft Host Integration Server.

  • You use the TIConversionTool.exe utility to convert the previous TI .NET assembly for use with Microsoft Host Integration Server 2010.

  • You open the converted TI .NET assembly in TI Designer, and you view the data on theĀ Host Data Definition tab.

In this scenario, you may notice that host data types that are defined as a PIC X data type are not shown in the Host Data Definition view. In other words, the member name is shown although the PIC X(value) information is not shown. Other host data types are displayed correctly.

The PIC X definitions are displayed correctly when you view the data on the List tab in TI Designer.
