Multiple-function Hewlett-Packard products may not work when you use them on Windows 2000-based computers. For example, OfficeJet G-series fax devices with printers may not work. NOTE: The fix that is described in this article applies to and is required for only "true" Dot4 (non-MLC) devices. The G-series devices were the first of these. The K-series devices are also true Dot4 devices. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. How to Obtain the Latest Windows 2000 Service Pack
The English version of this fix should have the following file attributes or later:
