SYMPTOMS

In Windows Explorer, when you click Recycle Bin, and then open a folder, Windows Explorer may not respond.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you have four thousand files or more in the Recycle Bin.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, delete files from the Recycle Bin or empty the Recycle Bin.
