When you connect to a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 that is also running Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Windows Integrated authentication (formerly called NTLM or Windows NT Challenge/Response), and then disconnect from the network, when you attempt to log on locally, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot Generate SSPI Context.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, you must obtain and install Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 2000.
