The warning message for event ID 5773 is logged every two hours, even when dynamic DNS registration is disabled for Netlogon by setting the UseDynamicDns registry value to 0.
This is the event that is written to the log:
Event Type: Warning Event Source: NETLOGON Event Category: None Event ID: 5773 Date: 3/29/2000 Time: 3:16:14 PM User: N/A Computer: DC Description: The DNS server for this DC does not support dynamic DNS. Add the DNS records from the file SystemRoot%\System32\Config\netlogon.dns' to the DNS server serving the domain referenced in that file. CAUSE
Even though dynamic DNS is turned off, the events are written by Netlogon.
