Average Disk Transfer Counters That Are Saved in Perfmon4.exe Log File and Do Not Show Data in System Monitor

When the Logical Disk and Physical Disk Average transfer counters are added to a Perfmon4.exe log file, and the log is then opened in the System monitor, the chart window does not display the graph and the "Min" and "Max" are "1000000" and "-1000000" respectively.

If the log file is opened in Perfmon4.exe, the chart window displays the information correctly.
