SUMMARY
When you reinstall the Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server (SBS) 4.5 console using the sbssetup.exe/reinstall command, all Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) profiles on SBS are deleted. When you start the Microsoft Fax Service, you may receive the following error message:
The Windows NT Fax Service could not log on to your MAPI Profile (Administrator) and will not be able to deliver faxes to this profile.

To create a new MAPI profile, follow these steps:
WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system.
