SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Workflow Designer for SQL Server (formerly known as Access Workflow Designer for SQL Server), a feature of Microsoft Office 2000 Developer, was originally certified to work only with Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 or the Microsoft Data Engine (MSDE).

STATUS

The Workflow Designer for SQL Server was designed to work specifically on SQL Server 7.0 and was released prior to SQL Server 2000. This was corrected in Office 2000 Developer SP-2.
