When you try to activate a Terminal Services Licensing Server, you may receive the following error message:
Also, when you select the licensing server, the Activation Status appears as "UNKNOWN".
The licensing wizard cannot connect to the selected License Server. Make sure the licensing service is installed and running.
This problem can occur for either of the following reasons:

260910NOTE: A fix is available if this problem occurs because the user that is currently logged on is configured to use a roaming profile, and the Terminal Server is configured to delete the roaming profile cache.
