The troubleshooter covers the following topics:
The Visio Installation Manager stops responding, or Visio stops responding while updating the directory cache.
You receive the following error message:
The procedure entry point GBL could not be located in the dynamic link library Vislib32.dll.
You receive error messages about .dll files during installation or when you start Visio 2000 for the first time.
You installed Visio 2000 on your Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 Terminal Server computer, and now client computers cannot connect to the server.
You upgraded to the Enterprise Edition of Visio, and now you cannot use the new features or you receive error messages.
You receive the following error message:
The Windows Installer service could not be accessed. Contact your support personnel to verify that the Windows Installer service is properly registered.
You receive one of the following error messages:
