FIX: Queuing Remote Subscriptions Fails

SYMPTOMS

When you queue remote subscriptions, you do not receive any events. In addition, the following error is logged in the Application Event Log:

Machine2:\QueueName not found or you do not have sufficient permissions.

RESOLUTION

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Windows 2000 Service Pack 2.
