When you quit a program, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:
STOP 0x0000001e (0xC0000005,0xA004C3B5,0x00000000,0x0000003C)
This problem can occur if a program creates a windowstation handle and copies data to the Clipboard. While quitting the program, W32Thread is referenced while the windowstation handle is being deleted, but it has been deleted already.
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
