The SIDWalker utilities cannot handle wide character (for example, Japanese) named folders.
CAUSE
The SIDWalker utilities contain three files (Showaccs.exe, Sidwkr.dll, and Sidwalk.exe). These files were not written to handle wide characters.

How to Obtain the Latest Windows 2000 Service Pack
The English version of this fix should have the following file attributes or later:
