When you run Microsoft Scholastic's The Magic School Bus in Concert or Microsoft Scholastic's The Magic School Bus Lands on Mars from a shared CD-ROM drive over your network, you may experience any of the following symptoms:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you used a Universal Naming Convention (UNC) network path to the shared CD-ROM drive to install The Magic School Bus in Concert or The Magic School Bus Lands on Mars.
When you install The Magic School Bus in Concert or The Magic School Bus Lands on Mars from a shared CD-ROM drive over your network, you must map a network drive to the shared CD-ROM drive before you install the program. RESOLUTION
To prevent this issue from occurring, map a network drive to the shared CD-ROM drive, and then install the program from the mapped network drive.
To resolve this issue, uninstall the program, map a network drive to the shared CD-ROM drive, and then reinstall the program from the mapped network drive. To do this:
