Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a data service that generates Atom feeds.
  • You try to create a data service document in a data feed library from a sub-site collection in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 to publish the Atom feeds.
In this scenario, an incorrect URL for the site is created. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
Application error when access /_layouts/PowerPivot/DataFeed.aspx, Error=There is no file with URL 'http://website/filename.atomsvc' in this Web.
