OL2000: The "Retrieve Headers" Download Is Systematic for All Messages

With the French version of Outlook 2000 or with Outlook 2000 English plus the French Language Pack (LPK), when you use Remote Mail to download the headers, headers for all messages in Inbox on the server are downloaded locally instead of only the headers of new messages. You may end up with several headers for a same message.

NOTE: The U.S. version of Outlook 2000 does not exhibit this behavior.
