Symptoms

Assume that you have a telephone that is running Microsoft Lync 2010 Phone Edition, and you install the cumulative update for Lync 2010 Phone Edition for Aries telephones that was released in February 2012. When you try to change the Time Zone option on the Settings page, the time zones for Damascus, Moscow, and Kuwait are displayed in the following order incorrectly:

(GMT+02:00) Damascus
(GMT+04:00) Moscow, St. Petersburg
(GMT+03:00) Kuwait, Riyadh

Note The (GMT+04:00) Moscow, St. Petersburg entry should be displayed after the (GMT+03:30) Tehran entry.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update.

For Polycom CX500, Polycom CX600, and Polycom CX3000 telephones:
