WorkaroundWarning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that these problems can be solved. Modify the registry at your own risk. There is no resolution to this problem except to either switch your profile to cached Exchange mode or set the DelegateSentItemsStyle registry value to zero (0). Additionally, if your mailbox is located on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, the Exchange administrator can configure similar behavior on the server. Note: if you set DelegateSentItemsStyle=0 in the registry, email messages that you send from a shared mailbox will be copied to your Sent Items folder and not the Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox.
