Microsoft Outlook Express does not have its own setup program. Outlook Express is distributed as the mail client for Microsoft Internet Explorer. The Internet Explorer setup program includes the option to install Outlook Express. Microsoft Office 2000 distributes both Outlook Express and Internet Explorer with Microsoft Outlook 98 and Microsoft Outlook 2000, and on the following Microsoft Web site:

To install Outlook Express, run the Setup program for any of the programs mentioned in this section.
