"Metadata Exchange (MEX) document received from AD FS contains an unknown WS-Trust version" error after you run the MOSDAL Support Toolkit

After you run the Microsoft Online Services Diagnostics and Logging (MOSDAL) Support Toolkit, the Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) diagnostics log shows the following error:
The Metadata Exchange (MEX) document received from AD FS contains an unknown WS-Trust version.
Note This log is located at Admin_Applications\SSO_Diagnostic_Tests\ADFSDiagnostic.txt.


This issue may occur if the AD FS relying party trust with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) is corrupted.
