Error printing from Outlook 2003 "The system cannot find the file specified"

SYMPTOMS

Consider the following scenario:

You establish a Terminal Services session to a Windows Server 2008- or Windows Server 2008 R2-based terminal server that has Windows Internet Explorer 9 installed.
You do not redirect a printer to the Terminal Services session.
You try to print a document to a network printer from Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

In this scenario, the printer does not print the document. Additionally, the following error message is displayed:

The system cannot find the file specified.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue on a Windows Server 2008 R2-based terminal server, install the following hotfix:
