Your server object has not replicated into the AD. You could either run setup in the Site that has replicated, or wait until this object has replicated into the AD.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you are upgrading an Exchange Server 5.5 computer that is in a different site from what you indicated when you ran Forestprep. The server objects in Windows 2000 Active Directory (AD) are not replicated because there are no connection agreements (ConfigCAs).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, run Setup on the server in the site that you indicated in Forestprep. This creates the ConfigCA that replicates the server object into Active Directory.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, upgrade the additional Exchange Server computers to Exchange 2000 in the other sites within the Exchange organization.
