STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATION
This problem occurs because Outlook views the newly created form with embedded messages as a new message, therefore Outlook does not have anything to revert back to when you close the form. The only way to recover this message is to restore the messages from a back up copy of them that you previously made. PropertiesArticle ID: 272087 - Last Review: September 23, 2005 - Revision: 2.2
