If you enable Netlogon logging, the Local Security Authority process (the Lsass.exe program) can cause access violations.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Netlogon logging prints using an incorrect formatting directive. If the buffer is printed on a page boundary, an access violation occurs in the Lsass.exe program.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
