When you use Exchange System Manager to enroll users in your parent domain, the users you add are not enrolled if the child domain controller contains Key Management Server (KMS). When you check your enroll log, it indicates that a critical attribute was missing.
CAUSE
The LDAP client does not parse global catalog information to allow Kerberos authentication to work.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
