The information store generates a Dr. Watson Access Violation when it attempts to encode a corrupted message that was sent in HTML format. This message is destined to go out through the Internet Mail Service.
CAUSE
A corrupted message that is attached to an HTML message and that goes out through the Internet Mail Service is the cause of this Access Violation.
