messages to the Inbox; those POP3 messages are lost. CAUSE This problem can occur if Minet32.dll, which is used to
obtain the POP3 message from the server, ignores an error when Minet32.dll
saves downloaded messages to the Inbox. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain the latest
service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the
