Collapse this image ![]() Simple solutions 123Note: once you choose to switch from Outlook.com back to Hotmail.com, you can no longer switch back to the same Outlook.com account For example: once you have changed back from abc@outlook.com to abc@hotmail.com, you can no longer switch back to the same abc@outlook.com that you have forgone using. However, you can switch to a different account name such as abc123@outlook.com. First, please find the email with the title "Your new Outlook account is ready for use"in your "Inbox". Collapse this image ![]() Next, on the upper-right corner, click your account name, and then click "Account Settings".
