Simple solutions 123

Note: once you choose to switch from Outlook.com back to Hotmail.com, you can no longer switch back to the same Outlook.com account
For example: once you have changed back from abc@outlook.com to abc@hotmail.com, you can no longer switch back to the same abc@outlook.com that you have forgone using. However, you can switch to a different account name such as abc123@outlook.com.

First, please find the email with the title "Your new Outlook account is ready for use"in your "Inbox".
