SUMMARY

To upgrade the number of client licenses in a Small Business Server (SBS) environment, you have to use Client Add Pack disks. This article describes how to replace the Client Add Pack disk if it is damaged, corrupted, or lost.

Have the following information ready when you call for a replacement disk:
  • The product identification number: You can find this number in the SBS Management Console. Click Start, click Small Business Server Personal Console, and then click About in the Helpful Links section in the right pane. You can also click Start, click Control Panel, click Performance and Maintenance, and then click System.
  • The CD Key: You can find this number on the back of the SBS CD case.
  • The address to which the replacement disk is to be sent.
