In this scenario, you receive an HTTP 405 "Method not allowed" error message, or you are redirected to an authentication dialog box that prompts you to select an authentication method. CauseThis issue occurs because SharePoint Server 2013 does not provide support for switching between authentication providers at the TCP and cookie level in PerformancePoint Dashboard Designer. WorkaroundTo work around this issue, use the same authentication method to open the PerformancePoint Dashboard Designer and to log on to the web application.
