This update adds more definitions to the Junk Email Filterin Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. These definitions evaluate whether an unread email message should be treated as a junk email message. This update was released on November 13, 2012.
Microsoft scanned this file for viruses. Microsoft used the most

was posted. The file is stored on security-enhanced servers that help prevent
any unauthorized changes to the file.

Click Start, and then click Computer.
In the Search Computer box, typeOutlfltr.dat, and then press Enter.
Right-click Outlfltr.dat, and then click Properties.
On the General tab, note the properties of the Outlfltr.dat file that is installed on the computer.
Windows Vista
Click Start

Start Search Companion. To do this, click

In the list of files, right-click

Type Appwiz.cpl, and then click OK.

Windows 7 and Windows Vista
Click View installed updates.
In the list of updates, click update 2760492, and then click Uninstall.
Windows XP
Click to select the Show updates check box.
In the list of updates, click update 2760492, and then click Remove.

If you update your administrative installation point, and then you recache and reinstall Outlook 2003 on client computers, you can run a command-line command that includes the REINSTALL=[ list of features ] property. This property specifies whether you want to reinstall specific components of Outlook 2003 from the administrative image.
For this update, the REINSTALL=[ list of features ] property has the following value:

Or, you can substitute the REINSTALL=ALL parameter to reinstall all Microsoft Office components on the
client computer.
