OL2000: Differences Between Outlook and Outlook Express On This PageSYMPTOMS
After you upgrade Microsoft Internet Explorer to version 5.5 and later, and you print a message from Outlook Express, the font size may be too large or small.
CAUSE
This behavior may occur occur if the print drivers are not set to the same font size (the default font size is medium) as the text size.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, change the font size to smallest in both Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, restart Microsoft Windows, and then change the font size back to medium. To do this, reset the font size by
